Templates library

Start from a ready-made form instead of a blank canvas.

Clicking New form opens the template picker. Pick a template and a copy of it lands in your account as a normal form: edit, delete, or rebuild anything in it.

What’s in the library

Personal: RSVP, Party Invite, T-Shirt Sign Up, Contact Form, Find a Time.

Work: Job Application, Time Off Request, Work Request, Customer Feedback, Event Feedback.

Education: Course Evaluation, Exit Ticket, Quiz.

You can also browse them on the templates page and open one straight in the editor.

Blank

The Blank option starts an empty form. It is the right choice more often than people expect. The editor is quick enough that a template mostly saves you the question wording, not the assembly.

Generate with AI

The picker’s first card describes a form in your own words and generates a draft question set from it. It is available on Standard and Teams; on the Free plan the card explains what you would need to upgrade to.

The result is a normal form. Nothing about it is locked, and the AI is not consulted again once the draft exists.

Finding a template

The picker has a category sidebar and a search box that matches on template name and description.
