Surveys
Run satisfaction, feedback, and evaluation surveys.
A survey in Questionful is a normal form built out of the question types that suit rating and opinion.
Question types that fit surveys
- Linear scale: a 0–10 or 1–5 scale for satisfaction and recommendation scores.
- Multiple-choice grid: one answer per row, for rating several items on the same scale.
- Tick-box grid: several answers per row.
- Range slider: a continuous value.
- Paragraph: where the words matter more than the number.
- Priority matrix: asking people to rank what matters against effort or importance.
- Budget allocator: asking people to spend a fixed pot across options, which forces real trade-offs.
Branching on the answer
Split the survey into sections and route each answer choice to a different follow-up. Routing works off choice questions (multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown) not off a linear scale, so ask the question you want to branch on as bands (Not likely / Neutral / Very likely) and keep the linear scale alongside it when you also want the finer-grained number. See Conditional logic.
Anonymity
Public forms are answered anonymously: Questionful records the answers, not the identity of whoever gave them, unless you ask for it in a question. If you want the survey attributable, add an email or name question.
Distributing it
Share the public link, embed it in your product or site, or send it to a contact list from inside Questionful. See Sharing & embedding.
Reading the results
The form’s summary page gives per-question summaries and charts. For anything deeper, export to CSV and take it into a spreadsheet or your own tooling.
