Custom domains

Serving forms from your own domain.

🚧 On our roadmap. You cannot point your own domain at a Questionful-hosted form yet. There is no DNS setup, no certificate provisioning, and no per-account domain setting.

What you can do today

Export the form as a self-contained HTML file and host it on your own domain yourself. It submits back to Questionful, so responses still arrive in your account, but the URL, the certificate, and the page around it are entirely yours.

The export covers short answer, paragraph, multiple choice, checkboxes and dropdown questions, plus title and image blocks, and it carries neither branching nor quiz scoring. Anything else is refused, and the export check names what blocked it. See Sharing & embedding.

You can also embed the form in a page on your own site. If your deployment restricts the renderer to named domains, that page’s domain has to be on the list.

What is planned

  • Point a CNAME at Questionful and serve hosted forms from it.
  • Automatic certificate provisioning and renewal.

No dates yet.
