Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Questionful account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how. Questionful is operated by Alex Tselegidis (sole proprietor, trading as “AT Software Agency”, Löwenstr. 34, 63067 Offenbach, Germany); for full provider details, see our Imprint.

Delete it yourself, from the app

The fastest route needs no request: open your account page in the app and use Delete account. It deletes your forms, their responses, and the files uploaded to them, from the database and from storage, and the confirmation names what will be lost before it happens. Forms you created inside somebody else's team stay with that workspace.

Export first if you may want the data later: the account page also has a one-click JSON export of your forms, their definitions, their responses and their tags, and each form's responses can be exported as CSV.

Request deletion via email

Send an email to support@questionful.org from the address associated with your Questionful account, with the subject line “Data deletion request”.

Please include:

• Your full name as registered in Questionful.
• The email address you signed up with.
• (Optional) any specific forms you would like removed in advance of full deletion.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile and login credentials.
• All forms, their responses, and the files uploaded to them.
• Your stored preferences and notification settings.

What we may retain

We may retain a minimal amount of information needed to comply with our legal obligations: in particular invoices and order records, which German tax law requires us to keep for up to 10 years (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB). Any retained data is kept only for the period required and is not used for any other purpose.

Deleted data is removed from our live systems immediately and from encrypted backups within 30 days.

Timeline

Deletion requests are typically processed within seven business days. You will receive a confirmation by email once your data has been removed.
