Importing from another tool
Moving forms and responses in from Typeform, Jotform, or Google Forms.
🚧 On our roadmap. There is no import feature. You cannot upload a Typeform, Jotform, or Google Forms export and have it become a Questionful form.
Moving a form
Rebuild it in the editor. This is less work than it sounds. The templates library probably has something close to your form, and Generate with AI (on a paid plan) will draft a question set from a description, which you then correct against the original.
Keep the old form live while you rebuild, and switch the link over once you have filled in the new one yourself as a test.
Keeping your existing responses
Export them from your current tool as CSV and keep that file. There is no way to load historical responses into Questionful, so treat the cutover as a clean break: old responses stay in the old export, new ones arrive in Questionful.
If you need both in one place, put the Questionful CSV export next to the old one in a spreadsheet. The columns are one per question, so they line up as well as the two forms do.
Contacts
Contact lists are built inside Questionful. If you have a list elsewhere, you will need to add the contacts here.
What is planned
Importing a form definition from the common exporters, and bulk-loading historical responses. No dates yet.
