Online Quiz Template
An online quiz is a form where the answers have a right and a wrong, points attached, and a score at the end. Used for teaching it checks understanding; used for training it proves compliance; used for marketing it is the most-shared thing on the page.

What separates a good quiz from a graded form is the feedback. Telling someone they scored 7 out of 10 teaches them nothing. Showing them, per question, why the answer was wrong, with a link or a short video, is the part that does the work.

Choose when the mark is released
Show the score immediately, or hold it until you have manually reviewed the written answers. You also control whether they see missed questions, correct answers, and point values.

Switch the form to slideshow mode so a single question fills the screen, add a progress bar, and shuffle the question order so neighbours see a different sequence.
Tips
What makes the difference.
- Shuffle the question order for anything that matters. It is the cheapest anti-copying measure there is.
- Write the wrong-answer feedback first. It forces you to know why the distractors are tempting.
- Keep one idea per question; a question testing two things cannot be scored fairly.
- Use "release after review" whenever the quiz has written answers, so nobody gets a partial score by email.
- Export the results to CSV to spot the question everyone got wrong, usually the question, not the class.

Does the quiz grade itself?
Yes. Closed-set questions with point values are scored the instant the response arrives. Written answers need a human, and you can hold the mark until that review is done.
Can I show different feedback for right and wrong answers?
Yes, per question, and the feedback can carry an explanation, a link, or a video rather than just a line of text.
Can I set a pass mark or a time limit?
Not today. There are no pass/fail thresholds, exam timers, or question pools yet. You get the score, the per-question breakdown, and control over what the respondent is shown.
Can respondents take the quiz without an account?
Yes. Share the public link and anyone can answer; only the person building the quiz needs a Questionful account.
