FAQ

Questionful vs Typeform: common questions.

Is Questionful cheaper than Typeform?

Questionful starts at €19 a month for unlimited responses, with a free plan that allows 100 responses a month and unlimited forms. Typeform prices by plan tier with a response allowance on each, so the comparison depends on volume, but response caps are the usual reason people look for an alternative.

What happens when a form hits its response limit?

On the free plan the form stops taking new responses until the calendar month resets. Nothing already collected is lost, and the form itself stays. On every paid plan there is no cap to hit, so a launch cannot quietly stop collecting halfway through.

Can I move my Typeform forms across?

Not automatically. There is no form importer yet. Most people rebuild the form once, which takes minutes, or describe it to the AI generator on a paid plan and edit the draft.

Does Questionful do one-question-at-a-time forms like Typeform?

Yes. Switch the form to slideshow mode and a single question fills the screen, with an optional progress bar.

What does Typeform still do better?

A mature public REST API, a far bigger integration directory, and more polish on themes and design. Questionful has no public API yet. It is on the roadmap.

The verdict

Ready to do more with your forms?

If you like Typeform’s polish but keep hitting response caps and tier walls, Questionful gives you more room for less money. If you need a mature public API today, Typeform still wins. Ours is on the roadmap.
