Free is €0. Standard is €19 per month or €190 per year. Teams is €49 per month or €490 per year and covers three people, the owner and two members, plus €10 per month (€100 per year) for each person after that. All amounts are net. VAT is added at checkout based on where you are. Enterprise is quoted per organisation. Get in touch and we will price it around your seats, storage, contract and support needs.

No. The Free plan needs no card at all, and the 14-day trial of a paid plan starts without one too. If you do not add a payment method before the trial ends, the account simply returns to Free.

Free gives you unlimited forms and 100 responses a month, but respondents cannot upload files. Standard lifts the response cap, allows file uploads with 2 GB of storage, and adds AI form generation. Teams adds shared workspaces you can invite people into, and 5 GB of storage.

Only the Free plan is capped, at 100 responses per calendar month. Paid plans are unlimited. You get a warning email at 80% of the allowance and again when it runs out, and a usage meter on your account page, a form never stops accepting answers without notice.

The €49 base price covers three people: you and two members. The fourth person and everyone after them is an extra seat at €10 per month, added to the same subscription, and Stripe prorates it. Someone joining mid-month is charged only for the remainder, someone leaving produces a credit. Drop back to three people and the seat charge disappears. A person in two of your teams counts as one seat.

Euro is the base currency, and you can also pay in US dollars or pounds sterling. Pick the currency on the plans page before you subscribe. Standard is $21.99/month ($219.99/year) or £16.99/month (£162.99/year), Teams is $56.99/month ($565.99/year) or £41.99/month (£418.99/year), and a seat beyond the three the Teams plan includes is $11.99 or £8.99 per month, all excluding VAT. Stripe fixes a customer's currency with their first invoice, so the choice is one-way and the picker is frozen afterwards. An invoice charged in USD or GBP also states the euro total, the euro VAT and the exchange rate used.

Yes, from the billing page at any time. Switching between monthly and yearly, or between Standard and Teams, is prorated by Stripe. Cancelling stops future renewals and the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
