Google Drive
File a PDF of every response into a Google Drive folder.
Connect a form to Google Drive and each response is rendered as a PDF and saved to a folder in your Drive.
Setup
- Open the form’s integrations and choose Google Drive.
- Click Connect and sign in with the Google account that owns the Drive.
- Grant Questionful access when Google asks.
- Pick the destination folder.
- Save. The next response is filed there.
What gets saved
A PDF per response, laid out as questions and answers. Where the response includes uploaded files, the PDF carries signed links to them rather than embedding the files.
Notes
- The connection is per account, not per form: connect once and it is available to your other forms.
- If the token is revoked on Google’s side, or you change the Google account password, reconnect from the form’s integration settings.
- Deleting the destination folder in Drive does not stop the integration. The next response recreates a folder named after the form, files itself there, and the form’s settings are repointed at it.
