Bulk operations

Acting on many forms or responses at once.

🚧 Mostly on our roadmap. There is no multi-select on the dashboard and no bulk editor. What follows is what can be done in bulk today.

What works today

  • Clear all responses on a form. One action, from the responses view: removes the whole set and the files attached to it.
  • Delete a form. Deletes its responses and their uploaded files, on disk and in the database. The confirmation names the form and counts what will be lost first.
  • Archive a form. Keeps it and its responses but takes it out of the active list.
  • Duplicate a form. Copy an existing form rather than rebuilding it: the closest thing to a bulk create.
  • Move a form into a team workspace. Per form, from its settings.
  • Export all responses. CSV for the whole set at once.
  • Send to a whole contact list. Queued and paced in batches rather than one at a time.

What isn’t there

Selecting several forms and archiving, moving, or deleting them together; bulk-editing questions across forms; bulk-tagging responses. All on the roadmap, no dates.

A note on deletion

Deletion is real, not a soft flag: a deleted form’s responses and files are gone, and the storage they used stops counting against your allowance. If you might want the data later, export to CSV first. Use archive when you want the form out of the way but kept.
