Everything else (the editor, templates, sharing, exports, contacts, integrations, activity log, two-factor authentication) is on every plan.
Prices are net. VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on where you are. Paying yearly works out at two months free.
Trials
Each account can start one 14-day trial of a paid plan. No card is needed. If no payment method is added before it ends, the subscription is cancelled and the account returns to Free automatically. You are emailed when the trial starts, shortly before it ends, and when it changes.
Seats on the Teams plan
The base price covers three people: the owner and two members. The fourth person with access to a team you own, and everyone after them, is billed as a seat, added to the same subscription so the plan and the seats appear as separate invoice lines. Stripe prorates every change: joining mid-period is charged for the remainder, leaving produces a credit. A person in two of your teams is one seat.
Changing or cancelling
Switch plans or billing period from the billing page. Which way you are going decides when it takes effect:
- Upgrading applies straight away, and Stripe prorates the difference against what you have already paid.
- Downgrading to a lower paid plan takes effect at your next billing date. Nothing is prorated or refunded, you keep the higher plan until then, and extra member seats are dropped at the same time.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the account returns to Free.
Downgrading does not delete anything. Files already stored stay readable and still count against the allowance; only new uploads are subject to the lower limit.
Currencies
Plans are priced in euro and can also be paid in US dollars or pounds sterling. Pick your currency on the plans page before you subscribe.
The choice is one-way: Stripe fixes a customer’s currency with their first invoice and will not charge them in another one afterwards, so once you have been billed, or started a trial, the picker is frozen and every price is shown in that currency.
| Standard | Teams | Seat beyond the first three | |
|---|---|---|---|
| EUR per month | €19 | €49 | €10 |
| EUR per year | €190 | €490 | €100 |
| USD per month | $21.99 | $56.99 | $11.99 |
| USD per year | $219.99 | $565.99 | $115.99 |
| GBP per month | £16.99 | £41.99 | £8.99 |
| GBP per year | £162.99 | £418.99 | £85.99 |
All of them exclude VAT.
The non-euro amounts are converted from the euro price at the European Central Bank’s daily reference rates and stored on the Stripe price, so what you see quoted is what is charged. Nothing is converted live at page load. A refresh of the rates reprices existing subscriptions at their next renewal.
VAT
Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout. An EU business can enter its VAT number on the billing page; the reverse charge applies once Stripe has verified the number, which is not instant. Until it clears, the invoice is taxed normally.
Invoices
An invoice is issued for every charge and is available from your billing history. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
An invoice charged in dollars or pounds is issued in that currency and also states the euro total, the euro VAT, and the exchange rate they were converted at. An EU seller has to express the VAT in its own currency. The rate stated is the ECB reference rate for the day the invoice was issued.
What happens at the limit
Once an account passes its monthly response allowance, its forms stop accepting submissions until the next calendar month or an upgrade. Respondents see a plain “not accepting responses” message that says nothing about plans. You are emailed at 80% and again at the limit, so it never happens without warning.
