Quickstart
Create your first form, share it, and collect a response in a few minutes.
1. Create an account
Sign up at my.questionful.org and confirm your email address, the link we send you unlocks the dashboard. You can also sign in with Google, which skips the confirmation step.
The Free plan is enough to follow this guide: unlimited forms and 100 responses a month.
2. Create a form
From the dashboard, click New form. You are shown a template picker with three choices:
- Blank: start from an empty form.
- A template: Personal, Work, and Education categories, from RSVPs to job applications to quizzes.
- Generate with AI: describe the form in a sentence and get a draft back. Available on Standard and Teams.
Whatever you pick lands in your account as a normal form you can edit freely.
3. Build it
Add questions from the toolbox. For each question you can set the title, a description, whether it is required, and options specific to its type. Drag a question by its handle to move it up or down.
Use sections to split the form into pages, and set where each answer choice sends the respondent. See Conditional logic.
Changes save automatically; the indicator next to the form title tells you when.
4. Preview it
Click Preview to fill the form in exactly as a respondent would, without recording a response.
5. Share it
Every form has a public link. You can also embed it in your own site, or email it to a contact list from inside Questionful. See Sharing & embedding.
6. Read the responses
The form’s summary page shows per-question summaries and charts, and the responses list lets you open individual submissions. Export the whole set to CSV, or a single response as a PDF, at any time. See Exporting responses.
7. Send it somewhere else
Connect the form to Google Drive, Zapier, Make, or your own webhook endpoint so each response arrives wherever the rest of your process lives. See Integrations.
