Availability Poll
An availability poll replaces the "does Tuesday work for anyone?" thread. You list the candidate slots, everyone ticks the ones they can do, and the winning slot is whichever box got the most ticks.

It only works if the slots are fixed. The moment you ask "when are you free?" as an open question, you are back to reading paragraphs and doing the intersection in your head.

Tips
What makes the difference.
- Always state the time zone in each option. It is the single most common cause of a wrong booking.
- Cap it at eight slots; more than that and people tick everything to be done with it.
- Add a "none of these work" option so you can tell a genuine clash from an unanswered poll.
- Close the poll at a stated time and send the decision, polls left open never resolve.
- For interviews, run one poll per candidate rather than a shared one.

Does this sync with my calendar?
No. Questionful has no calendar integration, you list the slots yourself and read the results. The webhook can push the outcome to a tool that does book time.
How do I see which slot won?
The response summary charts the checkbox question, so the most-picked slot is visible without exporting anything.
Can respondents change their answer?
Yes, if you enable editing after submit.
Can I run the poll anonymously?
Yes. Leave out the name question. You lose the ability to chase the two people who have not replied.
