The problem

Enquiry forms that tell you nothing

A name, an email, and a free-text box is not a lead. It is a research task. Someone has to reply, ask the qualifying questions, wait, and only then decide whether it was worth it. Asking those questions inside the form itself costs the visitor thirty seconds and saves your team the whole round trip.

How Questionful helps

What you can do with it.

01

Ask what actually decides it

Budget bands, team size, timeline, which product: as scales, dropdowns, or a budget allocator rather than an open text box you have to interpret later.

02

Show only the relevant questions

Split the form into sections and route each answer choice to the section that follows from it. Someone with no budget never sees the enterprise questions.

03

Deliver it where you work

Point the form at a webhook and every submission arrives as JSON: into Zapier, Make, or straight into your own service. Google Drive keeps a filed copy.

FAQ

Lead Generation Forms: common questions.

What is a lead generation form?

A form on your site that collects an enquiry along with the information needed to act on it: the problem, the timeline, the budget band, and who is asking. A plain name-and-message box collects an enquiry; a lead generation form collects a qualified one.

How many questions should a lead generation form have?

Four to six. Every additional field costs completions, so spend them on the answers that change what happens next: problem, timeline, budget band, and decision authority.

Can leads go straight into my CRM?

Yes, by webhook. The Zapier and Make cards POST JSON to any URL, so anything that accepts a webhook receives the lead the instant it is submitted, with an optional HMAC signature. Native HubSpot and Salesforce integrations are built and switching on soon.

Can the form show different questions to different visitors?

Yes. Split the form into sections and route each answer choice of a multiple choice, checkbox, or dropdown question to the section that follows from it.

Does Questionful score or route leads automatically?

It scores them: attach points to the qualifying questions and the submission arrives already scored. There is no automatic assignment or routing to a sales rep. That belongs in whatever your webhook feeds.
